The golden thread of my life is curiosity and project management. Over the last decades I accumulated a lot of skill regarding event and community management, creating content, search engine optimization and visa applications – I moved from Germany to the USA about 7 years ago.
I love to travel – definitely my biggest carbon footprint failure. Yes, I care about this because I live with gratitude for this planet. I have been exploring most of this world by being on tour. I play drums for the band Ceremony East Coast and currently for A Place to Bury Strangers.
I am a RYT-500 yoga teacher and a practitioner of yoga since 2015. I have been facilitating classes since my first RYT-200 training in 2019. This includes yoga asana in yoga studios but also volunteering for Veterans Yoga Project and Greenfield Senior Living. In 2021 I completed my RYT-300 training with a focus on trauma-informed teaching and Ayurveda. You can find out more about where and when to practice with me here.
